It is bigger in size than your typical white sugar, but if you are mixing in a hot beverage like coffee, it melts just the same! I will continue to use this in many other things.

The sugar is brown and crystallized. I love that it has a subtle, sweet flavor but does take some time to dissolve in hot drinks. I did find that it didn't dissolve as well in cold drinks and the last drink was often filled with sweet lil crystals.

I used this in my tea and it was nice. The only complaint is it does take awhile to melt/ doesn’t totally melt sometimes.

They are not bleached so it has that beautiful brown color! If you haven’t tried this do it!! You will never want to go back to bleached sugar for sure

I think if anyone is looking for a change especially if it's lower on the glycemic index, give these a shot, and for a decent amount of time! Two weeks minimum!

It has never be bleached so it’s great to know and actually assure that you are using a really natural product and even better to know that this product comes from the tropicales parts of the world, because there is where really the sugar cane can group up. Super delicious, practical because of the little packages where it comes and easy to use!

I don't think it's great in baking because I feel like the thickness of the sugar won't distribute evenly. I have to add more to get the sweetness that I desire but overall I think this raw sugar is pretty tasty and I would continue to use it.
