Remote access is useless

A main reason I purchased this was for remote accessibility which is so unreliable that it's useless. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU WANT REMOTE VIEWING. Spend the money and run CAT5 and get an IP system.

Probably taking this System back for a refund.

I downloaded the manuals from the Wisenet site prior to purchasing to know what I was getting. The system does not work without the Wisenet website even though the users manual provides instructions on accessing it with a direct IP address (Section 6.3). Having used the predecessor of this DVR post-Micheal when the internet was down for weeks. This system is a serious downgrade from the previous 75000 series. The display option on a connected monitor are also much less flexible.

Great Image but Too Noise fans

I bought this system to upgrade my existing one andbit really blow out my mind the amazing image quality on day or night. Color balance is just righ. The only drawback is the recorder fans are too loud. I got this installed on my home master bedroom and it feels louder during the knights.

User Interface bad

I used previous edition of Samsung/Wisenet HD DVR. Now I bought this one. Video quality so good but backup so hard to make it. Cannot backup all at once have to down load one by one also cannot download exactly time period have to download certain time and have to modify. I knew computer but someone don't know computer they cannot make it.

You can remotely view multiple channels at once via the Wisenet Life app and the Wisenet Life Cloud site without a cloud subscription. The Wisenet Cloud supports up to 2 channels per system, allowing our users to take advantage of the cloud features, including Timelapse and SimpliSearch (Additional cost apply), to easily retrieve and review specific footage. Samsung Wisenet is total garbage.

You will never be able to set up the app on your phone and you will never be able to view video remotely ever. Better off buying something else.
