Lansinoh Day & Night Nursing Pads for the win!! I leak so bad at night since I stopped my middle of the night pumping sessions and these night pads keep my shirt dry all night! I don't leak as much during the day since I pump more times, but with the day time pads, I never have to worry on the rare occasion that I miss my pumping session!

I started using these after trying a sample. Before I had been using Nuk pads, which had me leaking all over my clothes. These, though, are really absorbent and really soft. I don't have any wet spots on my clothes while using them, they trap the milk and the pad kind of puffs a tiny bit because there's some kind of gel in there. You can't see the pads under my clothes which is awesome cuz you could totally see the Nuk ones. The only thing I don't like about these is the little adhesive strips. I don't pull the tabs off the sticky part because I've gotten that part stuck to my nipple before and that really hurts. I didn't take any stars off my review because they are still great despite that

I love the shape of these disposable nursing pads, as they are more cone shaped than just flat circles, cupping my nipple and keeping in all the spraying milk. They soak up loads of liquid and work like a charm for heavy leak days. I highly recommend!

I received these breast pads as a gift at my baby shower from my sister who had just delivered a set of twin girls. After trying different brands I was convinced that Lansinoh was the best by far! No more embarrassing wet shirts! Very pleased with your product! Thank you Lansinoh! :)

These are great when you're on the go! Throw them in your diaper bag/purse/pump bag. Ive never experienced leaking through them, and it is so helpful that they stick to your bra! Sometimes the reusable ones end up meeting in the middle and not doing their job! My only issue and why I didn't say 5 stars is I am a texture person and when my nipples are too raw these are slightly hard to handle touching me. But this isn't the case for anyone else I know! They are softer than you would expect! A must try for any breastfeeding mama!!

Before trying the Lansinoh brand nursing pads, I tried other brands and had many issues with the non Lansinoh brands. My breasts got irritated and I also had many leak through times. I finally got Lansinoh brand and I loved them. They were comfortable and soft without being bulky and never had milk leak through them on my shirt which was a big difference. The pads stayed in my bra and I was able to wear them daily without getting irritated. They are much different and made with a higher quality than the other brands I tried. Overall I was very happy with them and I would never buy or recommend anything else to new mom's. I guarantee they will work well and be comfortable even on sore nipples. They are available at most stores that sell baby products and the price is fair. Every new mom should buy these!

Before purchasing these nursing pads I had bought and used every disposable nursing pad I could in search of one that would be absorbent enough. This product allowed for me to breastfeed with success. It is the only nursing pad that I use and recommend to other nursing mothers. Words can not express how thankful I am to the Lansinoh company. Because of this product I am able to breastfeed and give my baby the best nutrition.

I haven't had to use nursing pads a ton, because I don't leak much anymore. But when I did use them they were great for catching leaking milk and saving me on loads of laundry. Only thing I wish is that the adhesive was a little stronger on the back.

I really like these pads. They are very absorbent. I tend to leak quite a bit while breastfeeding and need to be confident that it will not show through my shirt, with these pads I have that confidence. The pads have two sticky areas for easy placment inside of your bra. The material of the pad is not scratchy or irritating to my skin or nipples. I highly recommend using these a)when you begin breastfeeding an are working on establishing your milk supply b)if you have a heavy milk supply and leakage c)if you have to be away from the baby for a long period of time between feedings. With my first child I exclusively used reusable pads and I was always leaking through them, I was very self conscious about possibly leaking. With these pads I have no fear!

I like these nursing pads. They keep me dry and I only change them once a day since I don't leak very much, mostly at night. They have a sticky back and stick to the inside of your bra. I have some bras that it doesn't stick to very well though so it always gets bunched up and I have to straighten it out every time after I nurse.
