They work fine, I didn't use them much at first, because I have a bunch of reusable pads, but I did use these while going out and about in public. They can buckle up in the bra and then that makes the adhesive stick to itself which is rather annoying when out and trying to breastfeed discreetly. I got them free from baby registry so I never actually bought any and I don't think I will buy any because I do have reuseable pads.

I was skeptical as they are ever so slightly more expensive and the at the rate I was going through other brands I didn’t know if it would be worth it but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I wish I had bought these from the start. Not only are they larger, softer and 10x more comfortable than other brands, they have two parts to stick onto your bra (it surprisingly makes a difference especially at night!) and I can wear these for the maximum amount of time without having to change them less than every hour. These pads paired with the lanolin cream has been a lifesaver during breastfeeding, I wish I had known about their other postpartum recovery products too.

The Lansinoh nursing pads are the best disposable nursing pads! I use these whenever I don't get to wash reusable ones. They are extremely absorbent and comfortable. Nobody can see that you are wearing them from the outside of your clothing. These pads have never failed me even through letdown when hearing a baby cry or seeing a baby.

Great for absorbing milk during random let downs. I use it mostly for night time because I sleep and feed my baby and it can get messy without them. Only downside to them is you smell like spoiled breastmilk if you dont change them regularly. I am still buying them to this day.

They were comfortable and even when i didn't think they were wet,you could tell how wet they were when you took them off. The only thing I can think this product could improve is to have better adhesive.  The product costs a little more than other brands but they are well worth the price.

I love this combo pack! I had used the Stay Dry pads before but not the Ultimate Protection. Love both pads and probably wouldn't have tried the Ultimate Protection if it hadn't been for the combo box. Great product for someone like me who doesn't like to buy 2 separate boxes of two product lines.

I am currently 29 weeks pregnant with my first child. At 19 weeks I began to notice lactation of my breasts. I immediately bought this product, and a competitors version of nursing pads. The difference was outstanding. I will continue to buy Lansinoh!

Loved using these because they have a sticky part on the back to easily attach to your bra. I love that when I'm done I can just toss them out and not have to worry about cleaning something else during postpartum. I liked that they never irritated my nipples. You know you get so sensitive after baby comes and it never irritated them.

This is a nice Accesorries to have in your diapers bag. Baby eats alot and my other breast will leak milk so I have to have the pump ready while feeding or one of these to catch it. So far no issues. The adhesives could be better but other than that we good

These pads hold up ok. I would recommend changing them after every let down. I do like that they are discreet and don't show through clothing like other brands I've used before. The pads are soft and don't irritate my skin, would consider buying again.
