I bought these to make banana pudding. Opened them up to eat a few and they seemed stale. Definitely not fresh...but they were not expired. I'd rather buy from the grocery store for freshness. Ended up using them for a homemade crust for a cheesecake bar. I won't take the chance again buying them.

My family absolutely loves these wafers. Great as a snack by themselves, my teenage son will eat a whole box in one day! Definitely recommend this product.

They taste great and have just the right amount of chewiness and crispiness. There is no actual vanilla in nilla wafers, which is why they are called nilla. They are not healthy cookies, with 140 calories per serving and lots of added sugar and high fructose corn syrup - a hugely unhealthy 20% of your daily added sugar in just one serving. None of the ingredients are organic.

While they are great by themselves, they really shine in a summer banana pudding. A few bananas, some vanilla pudding and fresh whipped cream makes the perfect summer outing dessert. Make sure to crumble some of the wafers on top for bonus texture.

Of course Nilla wafers have been around since before I was born so everyone is aware of the quality of this product. The fascinating thing is the cost at a grocery store for 1 box of Nilla wafers almost pays for this 2 pack of Nilla wafers at Sam's Club!

Drastic change! These use to be the best but not anymore. Wafers are not round, they're egg shaped, whole bag. Soft, not crunchy. Worse is the taste has completely changed. I grew up on these and after 67 years knew what to expect but disappointed. Will get Jack's wafers from now own; they taste same as always and cheaper.

Their sweet, vanilla taste, and soft crunch or just the way I remember them as a kid. These cookies are by far the best on the market for a very, very long time. They sure bring back memories of eating them with my family and of my mother cooking with them a long time ago. Her banana pudding was the best I’ve ever tasted. Now I just like to eat them with milk. I highly recommend Nilla wafer cookies.

It seems to be a quality issue with whoever makes Sam's Clubs' supplier. Sometimes they are just like the regular kind I get at a grocery store, sometimes there is a lack of flavor, and this latest time, they are doughy? Not sure if I'll get them from Sam's anymore. Trying to contact company that makes these seems to be a mystery, unlike other products at Sam's.

The first time I bought these, they were hard. I think they were overcooked. I like to dip them in milk, which makes them absorb the milk and become soft. They were so hard they didn't even get as soft when I soaked them in the milk. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and buy them again. I thought the pandemic may have caused inexperience people to make them, so the new ones would probably get better, This time I got a different outcome, but one that was just as bad or maybe even worse, since they I had a minimum order of 2 at the time. The wafers in the first box I opened were stale, and they looked like someone had chipped off small pieces of the edges. I wanted to make a banana pudding, but, unless the second box is differed (I haven't opened them yes), the pudding will have more chipped wafers than whole ones.
