I like that I can make this a 3 way switch just by adding another one of these same switches. I can dim or brighten my lights using the app and that makes my life so much easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first smart switch we tried, and instead of installing it ourselves like what we usually do, we had a handy man to help just in case we got everything correct. He said the installation is pretty easy so I count him for that. We just had it for a few days but so far I like it a lot. It works very well with Alexa and makes it so easy to have the light on and off. We will be away next week so I am very exited to try the Control Away from Home feature, which will allow me to turn the light on and off in the evening to better protect our home pretending someone is still in.

It is by a brand that I know and use so I am looking forward to its benefits. I like that I can dim my lights when using the app or smart devices when away from home, especially when coming home late or for pets.Plus it works with all light bulbs even ordinary bulbs. The dimmer makes it easy to find the right light setting.

Since moving into my new house, I've been busy with all kinds of DIY projects and installing this is one of my favorites so far. Installation was a piece of cake as long as you follow the instructions and the switch itself actually looks pretty cool on the wall. The smart capabilities are what have really impressed me. I can now control my lights away from home, use my smart assistants, and even add other GE smart bulbs to the network. I'm sure I'm going to drive my wife crazy with this, but I can't wait to get more bulbs to add. Such a cool product. Love it!

Install, download the app and add your C by GE sounded easy enough but I found it not so easy. Pros: Dimming feature, use any lightbulb, wireless control. Easy install, ring indicator illuminates in the dark, looks nice. Cons: hard to set up
