Maxwell brew is one of the most smooth blends I’ve come across. The consistency in flavor and brew never lets me down. Over all performance of the coffee keeps me going for a good amount of time but love the taste

Two boxes in two separate purchases had same issue. Exploding coffee grounds everywhere in cup as it brewed. (happened with 3 or 4 pods in every 10) I called Maxwell (actually its a Kraft product) to tell them of a quality problem and hopefully get refund or coupon. Here is the kicker. They told me they are aware of the problem and nothing can be done (yes that's the nonsense they told me) Plus they give no refunds or coupons. I will never purchase again this or any other Kraft product
