Two boxes in two separate purchases had same issue. Exploding coffee grounds everywhere in cup as it brewed. (happened with 3 or 4 pods in every 10) I called Maxwell (actually its a Kraft product) to tell them of a quality problem and hopefully get refund or coupon. Here is the kicker. They told me they are aware of the problem and nothing can be done (yes that's the nonsense they told me) Plus they give no refunds or coupons. I will never purchase again this or any other Kraft product

Ordered on January 1,2024 and still have not received. When I click on the order it says it “may be lost “. I have requested a refund (as it says I can get one since I haven’t received it) however, when I try to get a refund, it says can’t get a refund on this item. How do I get a refund since it was over $150.00

I’ve been buying Maxwell House Medium House Blend for years. But lately more and more K-cups have such a bitter taste I need to throw it away. This is now happening in every 100 count box I buy. It’s on only 4 to 5 per box but that number is growing. Their quality department is lacking such that I must change to another maker. There’s plenty more to pick from. To bad for Maxwell House but thanks for the good years.
