Unless there was a quality control issue that has been resolved, the last purchase I made was very poor quality. No quilting. No softness. The toilet paper hardly resembles what we have always expected from Northern. Very rough to the touch. Will not purchase again.

I echo many of the other reviews here. I've been a long time user (10+ years) but they have changed the quality and material of the soft and strong brand. It is worse than the cheap toilet paper at my work. Unless I see some type of announcement about a return to the old quality, I don't think I will purchase Quilted Northern again. So sad!

Chose Northern after using just about all of other brands and the product is not near as good as used to be, Rolls start out ok but paper gets thinner as used. I had old Northern from the before and pre pandemic to compare present Northern, not even close to same. I see no reason to pay a higher price with so many other choices.at cheaper price. Greed over quality, will eventually lead to problems like the banking and automotive industries.

I have bought this toilet tissue for years. This recent batch is subpar, however. The sheets separate easily and are not soft like they used to be. I strongly encourage someone to look into the manufacturing of your product for errors or changes being made. For now, I will not be buying any more of this product.

I'm a huge Quilted Northern tissue fan and except nothing but. This is the first time I've bought Ultra soft & strong. Sooo disappointed. Very rough and not like the usual cushy soft tissue I have come to expect. Will not buy this offshoot again! #neveragain

I have been a loyal customer of Northern for at least 25 years, but no more! Over the years, I have seen the rolls get narrower, and the paper get "fluffier" on the roll, but there is far less paper on the roll. I was changing the roll daily for two people, when I realized that something was really wrong with this situation. I have changed to another brand, and I could not be happier. Northern insults our intelligence if they think we don't realize how they manipulate the amount of paper on the rolls, even as the prices go up.

What have "you" done? My family used Quilted Noerthern Ultra for years with not complaints. But, the last four month we have noticed that QNA has become rougher with each pack I buy. Please go back to to older recipe for making this product. If not I will be forced to purchase a competitiver's product. We have enjoyed your product for at least 15 years.

But my curiosity got the best of me & I just HAD to try Quilted Northern Soft & Strong! And I am so glad I did because its the softest I have ever tried & strong at the same time. And best of all it does not clog my toilet!

I have used your toilet paper for years quite happily. However, the last couple of times I've bought it (in the large packages), the quality has been very disappointing. The sheets do not break apart in the same way. The paper shreds when you try to tear it off the roll. The layers come apart as well. I hope this is something you will acknowlege is a problem and then get it fixed. I'd like you to continue to be my "go to" toilet paper. A very loyal customer across many years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought Northern toilet paper for many years. I always liked the texture and that it was not scented. I was very satisfied with it. However, I recently bought a package of Ultra Soft and Strong and was very disappointed with it. The paper was stuck together and did not roll. It would tear in the middle of a sheet because part of it was stuck. Are you doing something different? If so, please stop. I would normally recommend Northern but not if this is going to be an issue.
