I have used your toilet paper for years quite happily. However, the last couple of times I've bought it (in the large packages), the quality has been very disappointing. The sheets do not break apart in the same way. The paper shreds when you try to tear it off the roll. The layers come apart as well. I hope this is something you will acknowlege is a problem and then get it fixed. I'd like you to continue to be my "go to" toilet paper. A very loyal customer across many years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use quilted northern, but there was another brand on sale, considerably less the quilted northern. What a mistake. Quilted northern is so soft and strong I use much less then the other brand. I put the other brand away for emergencies and went right out and bought my quilted northen.

I have been using Northern Toilet Paper exclusively for years. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the new product. It is not as soft and is not the luxury product that it used to be. Your new product is causing me to try the products made by your competitors.

It very soft and strong, just as described. It also works well cleaning up around the house. Multi purpose usage is the best and I am now a Quilted Northern user for good!!

This is not our usual brand but my boyfriend was shopping online and purchased it because it was listed as septic safe. I'm very dissatisfied. It's too thick for me and my family and my toilet is currently backed up from it and it backed up into the house as well. We are using a trash can for the tissue. Horrible experience for us. We had two 12 packs. How do I request a refund?

I've bought nothing but Northern for years. Thank you for keeping the double roll available. I am so not fond of the mega rolls. They don't roll freely on the holder and do not fit my handy lidded toilet paper storage holder in my bathrooms. Most of the stores only sell the mega size so I need to order the doubles online. Luckily I had enough rolls to last through the big TP buy out frenzy.

Quilted Northern toilet paper has been an adequate product for many years. However, the new paper packaging is not. It is too fragile for the shelves and for transport to the home. I had to make an extreme effort to find a package that wasn't already destroyed, then I had to be very careful to carry it in such a way that I didn't tear the package on the way home. This was not a good move on the part of Georgia Pacific. I used to recycle the plastic covering by using it for garbage. The new paper covering has no further use at all, once the toilet paper rolls have been used.

I have been a long-standing user of Quilted Northern and I have not been able to purchase in my local store for several months. I very much appreciate being able to purchase direct at a fair price as I cannot tolerate the inferior products most stores are currently stocking.

I AM 67YEARS OLD AND HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR WELL OVER 15 YEARS. I AM SO SET ON MY OPINION OF QUILTED NORTHERN TOILET PAPER THAT I CARRY EXTRA WITH ME EVERYWHERE I GO, OUT FOR DINNER, FRIENDS AND DEFINATELY WHEN I TRAVEL. I WILL GO WITHOUT BEFORE I USE ANY OTHER PRODUCT.

Horrible quality, nothing 'ultra soft' about this product. We've bought quilted northern for YEARS and the quality has dropped off a cliff the last few months. Stop trying to increase your profit margin by decreasing your quality, just give me the quality i'm used to. The sheets are ROUGH, they tear at an angle, the size is SMALLER. Seriously if i could find another toilet paper that isn't like sandpaper or tree bark i would.
