We've used Northern toilet paper for years. The last pack that I purchased had a few rolls that were defective. Instead of two-ply, the roll had part two, part one ply. The paper wasn't straight on the cardboard tube.

The rolls are narrower, the toilet paper sheds. I was carrying several rolls that I took out of the package and the rolls left tiny particles on my shirt. It paper really breaks down and sticks to your skin in use.

My family would not use any other toilet paper. But please bring back the plastic packaging.

My first purchase of Ultra Soft and Strong was in April 2017. I was very pleased with the product as it did not pill or get holes in it during use. However the second pack I purchased is pilling and getting holes. What happened?

I have always used your product and have loved it until recently. I do not know if you changed your toilet paper but our fingers are going though the paper and never did before. I am very disappointed

I am very unhappy with this product. The layers don't stay together. It is not quilted and it is rougher than the cheapest toilet paper. Don't waist your money. This is my last package of Northern toilet paper.

It takes to much to do what needs to be done, I liked the old product. It did the trick will bot buy this again and I will but a different brand from on if you keep this on the market.I also do not like the double roles

Very thin and not soft at all. Everyone in my household asked me if I bought cheap toilet paper from our local dollar store. They were shocked when I said it is Quilted Northern.

This product is getting smaller all the time while the cost is going up. Makers of paper holders are going to have to remake their holders smaller to make the paper roll look normal. I love the product but where is it going to stop?
