It’s not like any olive oil you’ve had before Would make a good dressing or dipping sauce, even as a pasta enhancer. A little goes a long way, and it does taste different from normal/average EVOO.

It’s a great emulsifier, wonderful in my marinades and salad dressings and has a light yet tasty flavor. This is my “go to” oil for cooking!
