[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how versatile this oil is. It is light enough that you can coat a bread pan, and thick enough to get the great sear on your veggies! We have used it to knead bread, make pizza, fry a bunch of stuff and it’s basically in the pan every day!

It’s perfect for most of my dishes especially potatoes and noodles taste is not overwhelming it’s a great oil. Light which is a plus doesn’t leave food greasy I would recommend I love it!!!

I spread the extra virgin olive oil over our chicken, potatoes and green beans, and boy did it come out delicious! I will definitely be buying more of this product. That taste is on point! First off, This olive oil has great flavor, as it really enhanced the pesto I used it in. Not only the flavor but it also gave the pesto a great texture, making it easy to spread on crackers. I never do this but, I even dipped some bread in the oil to taste. Normally olive oil tastes too strong and bitter to me for me to just taste it plain, (but although I wouldn't sit down and just snack on olive oil) I noticed how this oil has a less bitter and smoother taste. I've never bought the real expensive type of olive oil, but I feel like this oil is what the high end stuff is like. I think it would be perfect for salads and pasta dishes. I recommend you try it out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really delicious full-bodied olive oil. You can really elevate any dish to make it special. I put it on salad and avocado toast and the delicious rich flavor added so much to my meals. My only complaint is that I wish it didn’t come in a plastic bottle - it feels a bit cheap. But the flavor is amazing! I would mainly use this in recipes in which you can let the flavor of the olive oil shine.

I make homemade sourdough bread, and I love to dip my bread in just a drizzle of this EVOO with a bit of balsamic vinegar and some Parmesan cheese. Excellent! It also makes delicious pasta sauces!
