I also use it in my hair because I have thick curly hair and it helps keep it really moisturized. And finally I use it on my face and it helps get sebaceous filaments out of my pores safely without a pore strip. This is the best olive oil on the market.

Now I don't use it for baking because I feel like it changes the flavor and that you can taste it in baked goods. But it's great for like I said dressings and stir frys and other none baked goods. Excellent for Mediterranean meals as well at least I feel like it is.

The zucchini cooked perfectlyat 350*. Next I tossed my fettuccine noodles in the oil after boiling for a less soggy noodle. The whole family ate everything and asked what I did differently. We typically use veggie oil and they were able to taste the difference.
