It is also very versatile being able to be used in many recipes, dressings, and of course just lightly spread across your favorite bread (mine is homemade). This oil is cold pressed making the acidity level less then .3 percent, making it reach high quality standards. This product is also has a NON GMO verification which makes me feel way better about consumption. It also claims to be the best olive oil brand out there and honestly so far I’d have to agree. It was so indulgent, and for a second I almost felt like I was in Italy or at least a fancy restaurant. This oil is my new go to and favorite.
