I use this for shrimp and sausage before adding it to dishes and definitely for my tortillas for wraps which are definitely a go to meal for this time of year ! Little goes a long way and it lasts a good amount of time. When making oil of oregano and garlic oil (definitely look that up and give it a try) . It’s so many benefits and I could go on and on lol

It’s taste has a certain depth to it that I really like. Overall, I think the olive oil is worth the price tag. Although, I would recommend a glass bottle instead of a plastic one. It kind of undermines the quality and taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made a dish similar to a chicken Marsala using their Bertolucci Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the sautéing of my mushrooms and as an alternative to butter in my rice. It’s a great emulsifier, wonderful in my marinades and salad dressings and has a light yet tasty flavor. This is my “go to” oil for cooking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should have taken a photo of the salmon once it was flipped because it was fabulous. There are so many uses for olive oil so I was very happy to get this. The first time I used it, it was to make salmon for my salmon and quinoa dinner and it helped cooked the salmon very well. It didn't have that normal only oil smell that makes me sick and I didn't taste the oil once the salmon was done. Next I used it to make a ground turkey bowl. Then I used it as a dressing for a salad and it was perfect. The smell of olive oil makes me sick sometimes but this one doesn't and I am sure it is because it is a more expensive brand than the ones I normally get. It cools everything without issues and filling the house with that nasty oil smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This extra virgin olive oil is my favorite to cook with. I think my favorite is the crumbed chicken or chicken cordon bleu. It gives a beautiful flavor and depth to the crumbs and it’s just delicious. Tried and true, this one’s a classic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite cooking oil, even before being sent this oil I use it and absolutely love it. The oil is very good quality and I’ve used a lot different types of oils. Gives a good test to good and olive oils is the one of the healthier oils.
