[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how versatile this oil is. It is light enough that you can coat a bread pan, and thick enough to get the great sear on your veggies! We have used it to knead bread, make pizza, fry a bunch of stuff and it’s basically in the pan every day!

This Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect for making pasta or to cook those veggies down before making red beans and rice. I’ve even used it to bake with in place of vegetable oil. I love that it is something that I can add also to my hair growth oil’s it’s very versatile, but for the most part I definitely love it when I sauté my food. Definitely recommend you trying.

Only thing I was a little concerned was if it’s 100% olive oil as it doesn’t say , but other than that it works great for cooking low heat such as sautéing vegetables or in a fresh salad !

I added some seasoning to the oil and used with with Italian bread. YUM. I usually purchase the store brand of oils, and normally only use them for cooking. Thanks to Influenster sending me this product to try I was able to step out of my comfort zone and try something new :)
