[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to sear chicken and fry plantains ! the oil has a stronger olive taste as it’s extra virgin oil ! but I actually loved it ! The sear on my chicken was super crispy and the oil reached a very high temp . I also love to drizzle this on sandwiches with some vinegar and it’s really good !

This Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect for making pasta or to cook those veggies down before making red beans and rice. I’ve even used it to bake with in place of vegetable oil. I added some seasoning to the oil and used with with Italian bread. YUM. I usually purchase the store brand of oils, and normally only use them for cooking. Thanks to Influenster sending me this product to try I was able to step out of my comfort zone and try something new :)
