I didn’t think it made much of a difference so I thought I’d save a handful of change picking a cheaper option. My mind has been completely changed. Quality does matter! With this Bertolli olive oil I can tell a drastic difference in the foods I was cooking before. This olive oil is rich in flavor and handles the heat of cooking better than the other brands I have used.

So far I've used this Bertolli Extra Vrigin Olive Oil for frying, making bread and it makes for tasty salad dressing! It adds a bold flavor to any dish and fries foods like chicken and french fries beautifully. I'll be using this for my next batch of homemade mayonnaise for a richer taste.

This Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect for making pasta or to cook those veggies down before making red beans and rice. I’ve even used it to bake with in place of vegetable oil.
