This coated my griddle leaving the perfect non stick topping. The taste of this is rich and really cooks into my food. Defiantly will be getting Bertolli extra virgin olive oil for now on!

This Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect for making pasta or to cook those veggies down before making red beans and rice. I’ve even used it to bake with in place of vegetable oil. (I used this to cook lemon pepper chicken thighs) so moral of the story is just buy the bertolle and don’t waste money on the “fancy” oils this works just the same!

So i decided to use this as a base for my pizza since i dont like tomato sauce, i didnt want my pizza to be dry. I also used it to oil the pan so it would stick. The pizza did not stick to the pan but it also got the perfect golden crust. On the pizza, it had the most perfect flavor and cook. Overall recommend using this oil there were no issues.
