If this doesn&#39;t work, reach out to us through the contact page on our website. We’re happy to help!<br /><br />1) Extend the red handle halfway on the gray pole<br />2) Lock the handle at the halfway point<br />3) If the handle locks, unlock the handle and extend to the desired length<br />4) Lock at the desired length
