It was supposed to include: "EasyWring™ bucket, telescopic handle that adjusts to 51 inches, and 1 microfiber mop head replacement". It did not come with a mop head replacement. And the mop head provided is attached to plastic that does not make it something that can be cleaned in a washing machine/dryer. Would like to return.

This is junk dont buy it. It has an extendable mop handle which extends by turning the handle and pulling it up then twisting it clockwise to keep it solid it doesnt have a swivel on the mop head or on the handle so you KINDA hold the mop and spin it. Its a terrible and cheap design. im throughly disappointed since i bought this for myself as a birthday present and just got it out of the box and saw how terrible the design is compared to my last one that was cheaper then this and had a swivel head and 2 separate buckets and 2 mops heads in the box. 1 star cause it will mop a floor thats about it though

Unfortunately, I am disabled and handicapped, so I needed a nice mopping system. Because I mop every day the mop adheres very strongly to the ground, but the handle doesn't stay locked so I've had to mop with it in half the position so I don't know if it's because of handle or whatever, but my flaws look great, but I could get done, but it was so hard to do that. I had to only do small area and thank you.

The quality of the bucket, spinning mechanism and the mop is great. The spinning drying action really works. The only faults are the mop head should be bigger and the bucket is not deep enough. If the water level gets close to 3/4 of the bucket, it touches the spinner bed, hence still keeping the mop wet. A level marker or label would be nice.

Very good product. Even with my back in constant pain, I have no trouble ringing out this mophead using minimal effort or causing any added stress or pain to my back. No more having to frequently bend down to ring out the mop by hand two, three, even four times just to squeeze half of the dirty mop water into a heavy and user- unfrendly mop bucket. Ìt would be a big plus for myself and many more people I believe if it came with extra mop heads

I was so excited to get this mop after hearing people go on and on about it. Well…I HATE IT. Not only does it make the water too foamy but I can't do the things I want with it - washing the walls - without it flopping all over, getting water everywhere, and it won't stay extended no matter what I do. I WISH I WOULD NOT HAVE SPENT THE MONEY ON THIS THING AT ALL.

I have been want this mop and bucket set since my parents told me about theirs. If you have pets, this should be a staple for your home. I use it on baseboards, walls, door. And the bucket allows to pick how damp I'd like the mop. I recommend this to everyone!

I give this mop 1 star because the wringer does not work properly at all. Even after pushing the pedal several times, the mop head stays extremely wet and full of water. When I try to mop, it just twists up and leaves too much water on the floor instead of wringing out correctly. I used it a few times hoping it would improve, but unfortunately it did not work as expected.

This mop SUCKS!! the handle won't stay up it keeps sliding back down! I'm so disappointed in this! I have been wanting one of these mops for a long time. Finally, get one, and it is disappointing and janky! wish i would've just stuck with my normal brand.. now I'm stuck mopping bent over!

I personally was not a fan of the mop and bucket system, since I generally use disposable mops instead of rope-end mops as I am not a frequent mopper. But I can definitely see the appeal of this system for those who use a rope mop and/or mop frequently. The design itself is a good one and I like the durable construction. I would say if you are a daily or weekly frequent mopper this is a product to check out, but would not be as suited for an occasional mopper or for an area than only needs infrequent cleaning.
