We&#39;re sorry to hear that ☹️This should help you out! <br /><br />-Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left. <br /><br />-Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock. <br /><br />-Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock. <br /><br />You should now be able to extend both ends fully to locking position. We&#39;re sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your handle. When attaching the handle to the connector on the red triangle base, apply slight pressure while twisting.
