We&#39;re sorry to hear that ☹️This should help you out!<br />-Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left.<br />-Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock.<br />-Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock. <br />You should now be able to extend both ends fully to locking position.
