My daughter has this mop that she purchased from another store and it is great. I decided to buy it from Sam’s and I have been disappointed. The handle is too short (even fully extended). I had to lean down to mop (I am 5’7”). The mop head often scraped on the floor. I didn’t have these problems with my daughter’s mop. I will be returning this mop.

Hi I bought this for my mom.. I received the item top was opened and with a huge hole on the side. Carrying the box to my moms the extension pole fell out. luckily someone informed me of the pole. Mop stem was complete.. tried to inform Walmart online .. the contact Walmart link was looping me back to Walmart link.. bought another item .. a shopping cart.. packing was bad .. makeshift box.. open on one side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to come across this mop set because my old mop was getting old and it was time for a change. The mop head is smaller than average and angled which makes it easier to clean in corners and smaller spaces. The head itself is very soft and assembly took about 10 seconds. Just extend the mop pole and twist at the joints to lock into place. I feel like if you were a traveling maid this would be great due to portability. The bucket is pretty big and there is one side where you put the mop in to get it soaked and then you place the mop head into the spinner on the other side and hold the pole with a very loose hand. Then you just press the pedal several times and the mop spins out the extra water. So neat and easy and no bending. The box arrives showing what is inside and the directions are on the side of the box. It noted not to use with bleach and I'm not sure if it's because it will eat away at the plastic or it's because it could splash out while spinning. I don't use bleach to mop with so it doesn't matter to me but I wanted to let otherI know that the box said not to use it. Being a smaller mop head, it did take longer to mop the house but only by a few minutes. It felt comfortable in the hands and plan on buying replacement mop heads as needed. Overall good product!

This is the worst mop and bucket contraption that I have ever encountered. I bought this for my housekeeper because she thought that she would like it better than my two other mops. I tried it today and very disappointed. If you keep dipping the mop into the water, you are adding dirty water to the clean bucket water %26 what does that prove? You are still mopping with very dirty water. I had to rinse the dirty mop in the sink two to three times to get the mop halfway clean. Then, dip the mop into the clean bucket water %26 spin the water out. It does a crappy job of getting a lot of the water spun out! It is too much work to rinse the mop each time before mopping the second part of the floor! I would rate this mop %26 bucket a big fat ZERO. Plus, with the bucket half full of water, it is very painful for someone with back problems to empty since there are no rollers to dump it outside to empty it! It is a pain in the butt for senior ladies!

the handle says it can be 22-36" long and can extend to 36-48" . It's about 38" fully extended, which technically is between 36 and 48 inches, depending on how you read that🙄, maybe only some can extend to 48"🤷🏼‍♀️🤣🤣38" and I'm 5'5", not good for my back. Photo doesn't show exact measurement, but you can see it's definitely not 48".

I have always preferred string mops but trying to get the water wrung out sufficiently has always been an issue, even with a wringer mop bucket. Also, most string mops have a mop head that is too long and unwieldy. Therefore I have been using a spray mop that has a flat pad. It works great for scrubbing but it takes so much time whenever I need to stop and spray more water/detergent solution on the floor, and then when the floor dries it still manages to leave some water spots. With the spin mop I was able to mop both my kitchen, dining room and living room in half the time I usually take AND with much less effort. It was so much more fun getting my floors clean and I didn't get the sense of just moving the dirt around. Such a fun, house-cleaning toy! I do miss the scrubber-action on my previous mop but figure I can just carry a scrubber with me while mopping for any spots that don't clean up easily with this mop head. I was so eager to start cleaning with it I hadn't read all the instructions on the outside of the box so when I first began mopping the handle kept telescoping shorter and shorter. I had neglected to right-twist each section of the mop handle to lock/secure the telescoping handle to its full length. Once I had it put together properly I was ready to rock.

I have a bad back and don't like to mop because it causes me a bad pain. I got the O-Cedar spin mop and was able to mop the whole house without pain! No more lifting a dirty mop into the sink and then wringing it out. The way it is designed, you don't have to use a ton of water so I can easily lift the bucket to empty it and the mop head rinses out very clean. You can collapse the handle and store everything away in a relatively small space. I highly recommend this mop to everyone. And the price is right!

I needed a quick solution to clean areas of floors for everything from drink spills to pet messes. Best part is the spinning wringer allowing me to rinse the mop. I like to rinse the wash area 2-3 times so I feel it’s clean. Cleaning the bucket afterwards is also easily done.

The bucket is awesome. The mop, not so much. The plastic that holds the microfibers keeps scrapping against the floor and makes mopping very difficult. Also, the microfibers themselves die off every so often while mopping, so the mop itself won't last long. Buy this only for the bucket and buy a mop to use in said bucket.

Handle stays at length as long as you tighten it. Use this for washing my car. Excellent! Don't trust auto car washes with my car. Can reach the roof and gently scrubs away all dirt with no scratches to my paint. Soft microfiber mop. I have a bad back and this mop cleans without me having to bend over a lot. I rinse mop, spin dry, then dry my car with the mop. Absorbs all the water with no spots or streaks on car, windows or mirrors. Mop gets wet, I spin dry again and continue drying. Huge time saver and no towels to wash after. Replacement mop heads available. Seems sturdy, large bucket. Love it!
