We&#39;re sorry to hear that ☹️This should help you out!<br />-Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left.<br />-Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock.<br />-Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock. <br />You should now be able to extend both ends fully to locking position. To remove the mop refill, we recommend placing both feet on either ends of the refill with it laid flat on the floor and pulling up vertically on the handle.
