We&#39;re sorry to hear that ☹️This should help you out! <br /><br />-Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left. <br /><br />-Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock. <br /><br />-Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock. <br /><br />You should now be able to extend both ends fully to locking position. When mopping, it’s best to flare the mop head so that all fibers make contact with the surface and the red base lies flat on the floor and the pointed part of the red base is facing forward when mopping. This will help with the issue you are experiencing.
