Finally, I find a convenient way of easy moping without using my hands to twist the strands. The bucket does the work for me.

The map head is very chintzy. When you use it the plastic is scraping on the floor. I do like the bucket system with the spin that is very nice but the mop itself does not do a good job at all. I will be returning this item to Walmart.

Missing part once opened new box, very inconvenient. I took it to overseas to gift some, once opened it was missing red triangle Mop holder. Worthless & useless.

I have been disappointed in this product. I had watched a number of videos before I purchased and had high expectations.. I cannot get the mop head to stay attached to the handle. I checked to make sure the mop strings were pulled the correct way. I can hear the head attach to the handle but after a couple of swipes across the floor the head detaches. I have to put the wet head back onto the handle several times every time I use the mop. I purchased a new mop head and it does the same thing. I would not purchase this brand again.

This is my second purchase of this set and both were junk. The first one, the pedal broke after the 2nd use. Decided to give it another chance and the second one wasn’t even usable?!? After getting the mop head wet it turned into a wadded up ball of fluff?!? Still I tried using it and nearly face planted on the floor because the “extendable” handle will not stay “extended”! Don’t waste your time or money. If I could give zero stars I would have.

If I gotta be honest… I really was excited for this product but kinda disappointed. I mean it kinda gets the job done. Just wish it had some type of scrubber attachment. It doesn’t get those tough spots in the floor. To where I have to go back with my dollar tree hand scrubber to get them off. I do like the spin aspect of it though, makes cleaning fun. Just again, wish the actual mop had some type of material where it gets those tough spots on the floor like the libman nitty gritty

I’m disappointed in this purchase. Every time pressure is put on the handle, it collapses. Very frustrating. Also, you must use both hands to move the bucket because the weight isn’t balanced and the water easily spills. The one thing I do like is that I don’t have to use my hands to ring the mop out. I would not recommend and would not buy again.
