I like the mop ok but for some reason the petal doesn’t make the part spin when the mop is in it. It worked very well the first use, now I have to spin the mop by hand to get the water out.

Even fully extended this is a short mop. There is nothing in the center of the mop pad. I’m pretty sure it moved the dirt around instead of picking it up. Gonna go back to my swiffer.

Hello! We are sorry to hear this. Please be sure the handle is fully extended. Your handle extends up to 48 inches (123 cm). Once fully extended you should see 3 different sections (one red and two gray metal tubes). If you are not seeing all sections, it is likely “section 3” attached to the gray Thread Cap that is not extended. The EasyWring refill is open but fibers are full to cover the surface being cleaned. Please consider our EasyWring Deep Clean refill if you are looking for a deep clean and a pad surface in the center of the refill.
