I bought my bucket about 5 months ago and all was well until the pedal started getting stuck and then completely stopped working. I called O-Cedar 18005438105 and was told no pine-Sol or bleach can be used in the bucket that's why it stopped working and was issued a replacement after sending some info through email.

I bought this mop few months ago and loved it unfortunately today pedal would not work.Called customer service at O'Cedar and worst customer service ever dealt with. The pin has rusted that makes the pedal work and this is apparently due to using cleaning products to clean your floors. Imagine that you are not supposed to use cleaning products to clean your floors!! I was also told I was not storing the mop properly that my garage is not climate controlled so once ago the rust was blamed on me. Wonderful product that could easily be fixed with a pin made of different material maybe plastic that would not rust. Instead I now have useless product that I had loved. And once again let me restate that this was the worst customer service ever!!!!

I've always used the dinky dollar store mop for a "good" clean and I've used the Swiffer mop with the pads for touch ups. I don't expect much from the dollar store mop and Swiffer is just so expensive because you have to use basically the whole container of pads to do one room. I decided to get this mop because I've seen a bunch of people rave about it but assumed I'd have buyers remorse. Spending nearly $40 for a mop just wasn't justifiable UNTIL I used it. I have 3 dogs and a back yard that gets very muddy. I bought this and some type of floor cleaner for pets and my floors look AMAZING. Like I said, with the Swiffer I'm constantly changing the pads and with the cheapo mop, I'm constantly rinsing and wringing out. But this bad boy, I only rinsed and wrung 3 times, which took a whole 3 seconds, and the white head came out pretty dirty after I just mopped 2 days ago! It got in cracks and crevices that the others couldn't get into! Overall, 100% worth it.

I have bought about 5 of these because i really like how yo can reach under furniture and small places, but every time pedal stop working, firt time i thought maybe i was too fast with the pedal, so i gave it a second chance, this time i thought could be dust because it is always outside, so i bought another, this time i said enough with this, but they changed design, so i thought they are better this time, nope! after 2 weeks same happened, the store replaced it but same result. I am done with this product, for an ecofriendly person this is just tons of wasted plastic!!

I originally purchased one few years back from a different store and it came with only one refill. Cleaned my laminate floors very well and dried quickly. Last week the handle finally broke. Just purchased this set from Sams and very excited that it came with 4 refills.

Easy to use and just the right size for an apartment.

Great mop and bucket system. Extra heads are helpful and can be washed and use over and over.

Pleased with product, thus far.

Nice and light weight, but wish it the bucket was on wheels.
