The handle won't stay in place

The handle doesn't stay in the pulled out position. Consequently, I had to use it by bending over to the length of the handle which was about 36" and giving me a back ache.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Once fully extended your handle should be 48 inches, and you should see 3 different sections (one red and two gray metal tubes). You may try to reset and reengage the locking mechanism by following these steps: 1.Unlock and extend the portion of your handle that is causing the issue to max extension (do not lock) and collapse to the shortest length -do this 4x to reset the locking mechanisms 2. If it is the top section that will not lock: hold the red handle in your right hand, gray in left. 3. Extend the red portion of your handle halfway (not fully, leaving about 1/4 of an inch from max extension) turn red handle to lock. *repeat for bottom section if needed 4.Unlock the handle and extend to your desired length and lock. Handel on the mop will not stay up this is the second one I have bought and I have had to duct tape both of the handles. Otherwise love this product.

We're sorry to hear that ☹️This should help you out! -Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left. -Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock. -Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock.
