Great idea, failure to launch

The mop head is too floppy. If you're not careful about how you set it on the floor it flops to the side. Mop stays very soggy even after spinning. Once done it took days for the mop to dry.

mop is good but bucket is just like a regular bucket, the spinning thing does NOTHING, you literally have to strain the water from the mop manually with hand because it absorbs alot and your floor will be soaked. not worth the price

I hate that the collapsible mop stick does not really engage properly and when mopping does go down as well, not to mention the bottom mop piece that come off easily with almost every stroke. so annoying, I wish they improve the quality.

We're sorry to hear that ☹️This should help you out! -Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left. -Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock. -Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock.
