The stick did not connect to the mop. I returned the first one to Walmart and got another box and that stick also didn’t fit either. It didn’t screw in please correct this problem thank you.

I purchased one about 2 years ago and loved it. However, this one is noticeably lower quality and very cheaply made. The mop pops off of the handle every time I pick it up off of the floor or try to rinse it in the bucket. Very poor quality.
