Awesome! Why did we wait so long. The only thing is we are all tall. The mop pole is just a bit too short for us. Other than that it’s great. We can see where it’d be a good idea to be gentle with the pedal. However, with that being said, we really like the mop and the way it attaches. The spinner does a great job. We are using it on our high end LVP floors with a bit of apple cider vinegar instead of dawn. The result is wonderful. The ground in puppy prints are gone!!

I purchased this as a gift. I've bought thus item 4 times - first for myself and then 3 x as gifts. Everyone loves it - no more putting hands in dirty mop water. I can't say enough his great it works and I've purchased extra mop heads so I always have a clean one handy.

This mop works really well. But, you definitely need to sweep or even vacuum thoroughly before mopping because the microfibers of the mop picks up everything. The mop is easy to operate. But, you need to make sure the mop is pressed firmly in the bucket before spinning or you won't sufficiently remove the excess water from the mop. I recommend gently pressing the mop head, with your fingers until it clicks, into the spinning portion of the bucket. Like others mentioned, I saturate the floor, and make sure the none of the mop's fibers are folded over, or you won't get the gliding movement and you will get frustrated. Mopping is now pleasurable and the bucket system is easy enough for my 5yr is to operate; although, not highly recommended.

Easy to use I like that it came with mop and bucket 🪣 I didn’t have to buy anything extra it was ready to use when I got it. I wish the map hair were a little longer %26 they didn’t give u a extra map but it is what it is thanks 🙏 works better on tile than wood

I love this mop! The wring-system is so easy, mop head does a great job cleaning floors, and the bucket even filled with water is a manageable size to lift from sink to floor. My floors get a lot cleaner, and it takes less time with this mop system - I love it!!!

I moved into a house with clean floors, but the corners were not. I couldn’t get them clean with the swiffer, so I cleaned them with a scrub brush. My swiffer continues to be my daily “tidy -up” mop; but, this mop is keeping my floors clean. And, the spinner to wring out the mop works great!

I guess I was expecting more seeing as it is so popular, but I could see a lot not being picked up by the mop. I even vacuumed before I mopped. Also, the pole becomes loose even after you tighten it. Then, after the machine wash it was worse because it became so tangled

I bought 2 of them to use in houses we rehab. Used both yesterday for 1st time. Did job fine. certainly better than old fashioned mop. However, I understood that the heads were to spin. Mine do not. We had to spin the entire mop, making a circle of thumb and forefinger for handle to spin within. Head has to be straight and handle vertical. Worked o.k. but a bit awkward.

I bought this mop because a cleaning lady was using it and loved it. I cannot get the mop head to stay on the plastic head! I have tried everything and it is very frustrating. I would like to speak to o cedar customer service but do not know how to reach them. Please advise.

I have used this mop And my sister‘s home and both my daughters and absolutely loved it. However, I’m not sure if this is a different product in someway and it must be a small difference because I’m positive about what I bought, the mop isn’t unusable. It bound together in a huge ball would not spread out to mop the floor yet would only cause the tip of the mop to continue to fall off. Just beware maybe it’s a different product, but I don’t think so. I had to buy a new mop aside from the one that came with the mop set. Very sad about that.!
