Handle is junk

I go to use the mop and the handle collapses and I tighten it and it just keeps doing it. It’s frustrating because you can’t mop with it properly.

I have purchased this a few times and never had an issue however this one will not hold a wet mop head on. As soon as the mop is wet, the mop head pops off

Hello, to make sure that the mop head is placed on fully we recommend aligning the microfiber mop head with the base an pushing down on the three individual corners of the base until it snaps in to place securely. If this does not work, please reach out to us on our webpage as we are here to help!

the mop is very small and not thick enough. Handle was a joke trying to attach. it kept spinning in socket. This mop and buck are way overrated. No wheels on mop bucket. id return if i still have box.
