The RinseClean Spin Mop offers a clean water rinse. The unique clean water tank and red flow valve features allow you to hold the clean water in a separate tank until you are ready to rinse the mop. Like rinsing a cloth under a faucet! When the mop is wrung out, the dirty water is then dumped to the bottom of the bucket, never mixing with the clean water. Once fully extended your handle should be 48 inches, and you should see 3 different sections (one red and two gray metal tubes). If you are not seeing all sections, it is likely “section 3” attached to the gray Thread Plug that is not extending. Please remove the red triangle base by unscrewing the connect from the handle. Then try twisting the grey thread plug at the very bottom of the handle while holding firmly onto section 2 with the opposite hand. We hope this helps!
