I drink boost for breakfast. It tastes good, like chocolate milk. Much better than the odd taste of Ensure I don't know how much the vitamins and minerals do for me, though. But, can't hurt.

I've always kept a Box of these on hand just to have. My grandson loves them.. Recently though I had my knee replaced and the medication gave me little to no appetite at all. My doctor said I needed protein. These were perfect.

I bought this for my mother and father. They drink one each day because they don't get the nutrition they need. It really seems to help. The only problem is that it's hard to get open.

The product was good ,95% of the bottles were severely damaged even after reordering the results were the same. Amazingly the boxes were not damaged just the bottles inside.

With the "Non-Availability" of the "Ensure" product that my Mother-In-Law preferred I finally got her to try the "Boost" product. She actually prefers the taste and creamy texture of Boost over all others now.
