desperately needed to gain weight and these actually taste like Hershey's milkshakes.. I actually drink far too many than I should per day. but I have gained 6 lb in 10 days with a little exercise. I also topped off at 300 lb and then I decided that's just too much and so I went on weight loss shots regimen Etc turns out I wasn't mixing the mixture correctly and I actually lost 100 lb on my own and then stress dropped the rest. now very concerned but those boost drinks taste great and if I feel like I'd have a little sweet tooth that definitely takes care of it I just have to keep the eye on the prize. you can do it if I can do it! good luck I wish you could reach out to me and I could help you but it's a mindset. but just pray about it and those pounds will fall right off.

Since I’ve become my husband’s primary care giver I have as pushing my husband to drink them for the protein and I found myself skipping meals which was not healthy so I started drinking them as well. It serves as an excellent, convenient mini-meal or snack to help meet daily nutritional needs. Make sure to shake well, refrigerate cold before drinking. A little difficult to open up the newly designed cap. At just over a dollar a piece they are a little bit on the expensive side also. I personally prefer the vanilla flavor but it's rarely in stock in this type of quality. Overall a good product especially in the morning to get your day started.

I like Boost for several reasons. If you feel like chocolate milk, this is healthy alternative. It helps to give you nutrition if you haven't had a balanced meal. It tastes good. I drink it every day. It is a staple in my diet. Also, it only uses a little bit of milk in it's formula, which I like not to have too much milk to clog the arteries.

We ordered Boost in Chocolate flavor because that is the only flavor husband can tolerate. Vanilla is undrinkable. Pro: it does contain the essential vitamins and minerals IF you drink 3 drinks per day. Con: Expensive. A case doesn’t last long if you drink what an average sized body needs per day. Boost is also VERY high in sugar (11 grams) and NOT diabetic friendly at all. They need to make Boost Sugar Free. Boost also doesn’t give extra energy as described. This statement is misleading. It makes you feel full but energy…no. Grit- Boost is gritty and leaves a nasty aftertaste. It is also thicker and some may have trouble swallowing it.

The caps are ridiculous. You shake it before using, and so much clings to the cap when you open it will drip on anything. I miss the boxes, better for the environment to
