I wanted something i could grab on my way out the door on the mornings. It equals out to be $1.03 a drink. The falavor is ok. Not sure if I would get it again.

I have to drink high protein twice a day to help maintain my health as I wait for a liver transplant. These have helped reduced my INR levels, helped maintain my muscle wait after losing so much from malnutrition and keeps my blood protein stable.

I enjoy the chocolate flavor but the 28 g of sugar in the high protein drink worries me. Sugar is not good for my high cholesterol. I would recommend it if you do not have high cholesterol.

Argh! They changed formula again supposedly to lower g of sugars but raised calories The drink has a slightly different taste and’s much thinner.Why mess with a good thing?

I have been drinking Boost for a couple of years. I love the taste and I recommend Boost to everyone. For me it is the perfect post workout drink or when I need a quick snack. Thank you!
