Drank Boost since my heart surgery in 2001. At least one bottle per day. It tasted like a chocolate milkshake. Now it tastes like a watered down chocolate milk. Terrible! 20 year customer gone. Bring back the old flavor, and stop trying to make more money by scrimping on ingredients. Bring back the original flavor and I’ll buy again.

I finally found the perfect balance of nutrition and energy in this drink. It is creamy tasting, like a milkshake. I enjoy this very much. My son enjoys it as well. I don't always eat the most healthiest of foods but, when I'm in a hurry and pressed for time I would always grab me a high protein chocolate boost. It's much better than a fast food cheeseburger and I actually loved the taste. This last time I went to the grocery store, I noticed the packaging was ever so slightly different but, didn't really think much of it. Then I actually drank one! What happened to the flavor? It's so awful that I don't think I'll be able to finish the case. I want the old high protein chocolate flavor back because I can not drink this new stuff.

My Husband got very sick, could not eat, the Doctors, thought he had stomach cancer, he lost about 112 pounds, he lived on cream of mushroom soup and "Boost" for over 1 year and 6 months. He still has no appetite, so I give him 3 to 4 "boost" a day. He is not a walking skeleton today. He did not have stomach cancer. He also drinks a couple cans of V8 juice to get his veggies!

This is mainly because I can remember the hospital and later nursing home giving a similar type drink to my mother years ago. I know that it was a different brand and was in a can but I just thought that this type of drink wasn't for me. However after drinking a sample of Boost Chocolate Sensation high protein drink, I love it now! It had a very good taste! Even though it contained corn syrup and sugar, the drink was not too sweet for my taste. I liked the fact that this drink also contained protein plus 26 vitamins and minerals. It's almost a complete meal in a drink form! I drank this Chocolate Boost for breakfast along with yogurt when I knew I would have a busy morning that turned into an all day out. I didn't feel as hungry or tired as I normally would have been especially when having to eat a very late lunch. I would definitely want to drink Boost again. I think my husband would also enjoy this.
