Once I took the pill, I would say within the hour I was feeling better and not getting my normal itchy nose and throat and sneezing. I was able to go about my day and not have any problems. It really lasted for 24 hours. the box recommended taking the pill at night, but I took it in the morning. When I buy it again, I would take the pill at night so when you wake up its already in your system and you don't even have to think twice about it. I am definitely do that from now on. Great Product!

Sometimes takes time to get into my system, but this goes in an hour or two hours later and lasts till late afternoon sometimes into the evening. I was a little groggy the next morning, which cleared up pretty fast, about 30 minutes.. It relieved mu allergy symptoms for the 5 nights and days that I took them. I have to say that Xyzal really works. I would use this again, when my allergies start to act up.

Xyzal tablets are so small and easy to swallow that I don’t even feel them going down!
