[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Xyzal started working pretty fast and helped me manage my allergy symptoms. I didn't notice being particularly drowsy using it. I did notice that it didn't seem to work for a full 24 hours - I started feeling some mild allergy symptoms after a few hours - but it probably helped keep them minimal.

This is the only allergy medicine that works for 17 year old daughter. We have tried everything else and this one works ! She takes it and is able to do outside activities which are huge for her. She is in marching band and competition band so being outside is a huge part of her life. For a while she couldn’t compete because she couldn’t breathe out of her nose. Xyzal has truly been a game changer for us !

I like that the product is a once a day product and that I take it before bed. The relief provided from the product lasts all day and is effective.
