[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never heard of this brand until I received a sample. Usually when I mow the yard my face swells, my eyes itch and I can't stop sneezing. I thought I would give XYZAL a try. Took one before I mowed...nothing, no swelling, no itching, no sneezing. Needless to say, I bought a box of this after the sample ran out!

I am sad to say this didn't help me at all. In fact I had to take my regular allergy otc along with the Xyzal for me to even be able to function. I gave it a few days and I still had to add my regular otc allergy meds. I am going to stick with my usual otc generic brand allergy medicine. Thank you for the opportunity, but this is a no for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a trial sample and will definitely purchase again when needed. For a very small tablet, it works as well or better than other Allergy meds I have taken in the past. I take it before bed and good for 24 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] used for 5 consecutive nights. Unsure if sleeplessness at night was related. Still maintained mild runny nose, pro is didn't completely dry you out. Once stopped after 5, became sleepy during day, yet, again, unsure if related. My unique experience has me leaning towards recommending if you have persistent allergies of sneezing, coughing. If my allergies progress, will try again. Based on owl icon, assumed this had a sleep aid w/ allergy med. Does not.

I was told to take XYZAL for itching rash from medication allergy. It works like Benadryl for me. Made me very sleepy and relaxed. Same as Benadryl for the itching. It's okay. I had to work, so I broke it in half and took around 6:00 pm every evening. Still made me very sleepy by the end of the day. They don't make a 12 hr. pill, just a 24 hr. pill, unfortunately. If I didn't have to work, it would be great because it really makes me sleepy.

I used to have to put the air conditioner on in the house and car even though it was beautiful out, because my allergies were so bad!
