[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've received a sample pack of Xyzal and I am pleased that I had. As soon as the first grass cutting to placed my allergies started acting up and for 2 days I suffered before grabbing the Xyzal. Within moments I started to feel it take affect. Shortly after that, I was sleep. However, when I woke I wasn't suffering from my allergies. I would recommend but know that it should be taken knowing that you will feel drowsy and possibly fall asleep.

I took this in the evening per dosing directions, but was very groggy the next day. It seemed to help my allergies fairly well, but I can't be trying to nod off all day long. I have to take allergy medicine for months - can't live my life groggy every day.

I am only allergic to ragweed and juniper (what we in Texas call Cedar Fever). Fortunately, because they are seasonal, I go for months allergy-free. I used the sample of Xyzal and got a good night's sleep, but I remained groggy the next day. Antihistamines have that effect on me. I wish there were a non-drowsy version.

I’m a severe allergy sufferer and these have really worked for me. I love that they don’t make me drowsy either. No more runny nose or itchy eyes. Such a relief!

I tried the sample because I often have allergy issues and regularly take over-the-counter medication for it. Xyzal worked really well. I do need to take it a bit earlier in the evening because I was a bit drowsy the next day.

Didn't sleep well throughout the night, felt disgusting the whole time and haven't finished the sample. Didn't want to have the same experience again, so haven't tried a second time. Tired, trouble falling and staying asleep, nightmares, felt drowsy and groggy and all around bad the next day.
