While it helped with my seasonal allergies somewhat, I was extremely drowsy for the full day to the point I was able to do nothing but rest on the couch the whole day, sleeping on and off; this was extreme as I do not nap & have much to do daily. I could barely function to even eat or even watch TV; my kids had to eat ready-foods & watch TV all day. If you have absolutely nothing to do, no one to care for, and have prepped food, then it may be ok to take. No allergy med has ever made me nearly this drowsy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample pack of this to use in exchange for a review. I normally do not use this type of medicine as it is usually too strong for me. This helped me deal with all of the allergy symptoms, however left me feel very foggy the next morning. It worked quickly to aid with watery eyes, itchy nose & dried up my runny nose, all without having a prescription. If you need a strong allergy medication to work quickly, I recommend trying this product first.

I have to say that I was disappointed. It did nothing for my runny nose and itchy eyes. It did make me a bit sleepy though. This was not to my liking

Because my allergies have been so bad they are not completely relieved. I really appreciate the addition of the sleeping aide added in the formula. I recommend it to a friend who is having a hard time also.

It helped releive some alergy symptoms, but I don't think it worked any better than any other brand. In the end, the active ingredient is often the same as others and that's what really matters. To say I was pleased is an understatement. Before finishing the samples I went out and bought me some. No longer have the watery & itchy eyes, runny nose and sneezing from my allergies although the pollen counts have been high in my area. Xyzal really does All it says it will. I am going to continue Xyzal to keep my allergy symptoms away.
