It lasted the full 24 hours and it didn't make me feel drugged or sleepy. It stopped the sneezing and watery eyes completely for the entire time.

I may only be on day 2 of taking Xyzal, but I feel it isn't helping much at all. Yesterday I felt good, no issues. This morning though (the directions state to take Xyzal at bedtime) I feel like this allergy medication isn't doing anything at all. I feel congested, my sinus hurt, I have a headache, and of course I feel bad in general. I'm not too impressed with Xyzal Allergy 24 hour at this point. It was easy to take and did not make me drowsy or tired like other allergy relief medications ive taken in the past. You also dont need a prescription and can buy it over the counter as needed.

I received a sample in the mail. I suffer from seasonal allergies. Most allergy medication makes me feel foggy, light headed or does not work. This did none of that. It worked fast, relieved my symptoms! The box did say may make you drowsy and works up to 24 hours. I did not notice the drowsiness. It did seem to last quite a long time. I am not sure if it was 24 hours, but it did work all of my work day! I would purchase this in the future!
