I received a 5 pack of Xyzal Allergy 24 hour relief as a free sample recently and they couldn't have arrived at a better time. It's allergy season and mine was in full bloom. The pills did work for the 24 hour time span. You take 1 a day as with most pills of this type. It helped stop the sneezes and watery eyes,For my scratchy throat it somewhat helped but normally by day 4 when taking my regular sinus meds I'm good. Also it didn't do much for my sinuses as they were still congested so I ended up using my regular brand. Overall I'll say these are good and may be great for someone else. Everything doesn't work for everybody and this worked for me just not a hundred percent. It can also make you feel a little drowsy .

Amazing product! I'm allergic to dander and it works within 30 minutes at the most. I have tried many allergy medicines and this is the best brand, I have been using it for the past few years. It is a tiny pill and you only need to take one, it lasts for 24 hours.

Xyzal works so well for me. Usually in spring time I suffer a lot from allergies. Runny nose, stuffy nose and throat itching are some of my common symptoms along with eyes itching and watery eyes. But this Xyzal gives me great protection from allergies and I don't experience the symptoms like before. Works so well. I need this especially when I mow the lawn. 24 hour protection. Reduces sneezing and coughing too.

Xyzal is the business. I freaking love this stuff, and it's the only allergy medication I've ever taken that can really tackle my allergies. I tried it years ago when it was brand new and difficult to get through insurance, and I'm stoked that you can get it over the counter now. If you have bad allergies, this is for you!

Thanks to #xyzal for sending me a free sample of theor allergy medicine for exchange for my honest opinion. I got this a little while ago and hadn't had to use it until recently with all this junk in the air. I'm glad I had it cause it saved me. It worked really well. It started working rapidly and even better the next day. I was able to enjoy th day after I took these allergy medicine and it didn't make me drowsy either. Make sure you open them on a counter cause they are super tiny.

I have intense seasonal allergies but I tend to be sensitive to OTC and pharmacy drugs. This one didn't disappoint! I took it on a day I was going to stay home and it's a good thing I did. I ate a small breakfast and took a dose. I went about some chores including laundry. About an hour after taking the pill I went to the basement to change over my laundry and heard a noise that scared me. I turned around and realized it was just the water heater and I started to laugh. I remeber saying out loud "oh, its just the water heater," and that made me laugh harder. I stood in my basement for about 15 minutes laughing my head off to the point I was crying and almost fell on the floor. When my laughing fit was finally over, I went upstairs and laid down on the couch. I fell asleep within minutes and slept solid for approximately 3 hours. I think it worked for my allergies though!

Xyzal works great for me! I received a sample, in exchange for my honest review and I am thrilled I did because I have been suffering from terrible seasonal allergies since I was a little girl. Store brand allergy meds just don't do it for me, some how my allergy symptoms still break through with the store brands and linger. With Xyzal, there is no lingering itchy throat or nose, my allergies are 100% gone!

I'm so glad my pharmacist friend told me about this. I had used Zyrtex (Cetirizine) for years and it finally stopped working for my severe hay fever. I had tried Claritin and Allegra without significant relief. Then I tried this. It is seriously a godsend. This is a similar medication to Zytec as this is LEVOcetirizine, but it works way better for me

As a pharmacist, this is generally one of the OTC allergy meds I recommend to people. It is newly over the counter - meaning it was prescription only before. Only downside is it does cause a bit of drowsiness which is the reasoning for taking it at bedtime. But overall very effective.

Got a sample pack of these 24hr Xyzal Allergy Pills in the mail to try. I was amazed at how small the actual pill is. It's even smaller than a Claritin & I felt like it worked faster than a Claritin. It said on the package to take it at night but I took it during the day & didn't notice it make me drowsy at all. My allergy symptoms have been itchy watery eyes & a scratchy throat in the morning. I haven't had any congestion so I don't know how well it works regarding that but so far I definitely recommend it.
