[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zyzal works well when my allergies are at their worst. I wake up with little or no allergy symptoms after taking it the night before. The only problem I have is deciding the night before it I should take it. My allergies are always the worst in the morning and early afternoon. I do not want to take it every day. But I will buy it again.

I just didn’t get much allergy relief. Eyes were still crusted shut when I woke up. Nose was still itchy, sneezy, and runny. Congestion in sinuses eased a wee bit but not much. In its defense, not many OTC allergy meds work for me. I’ve tried them all over the past 30+ years.

The Xyzal does not make me sleepy at all. The tablet is so small it is easy to swallow and it looks quickly to give me relief.

Xyzal doesn't seem to work that well. it didn't make me sleepy, it didn't seem to help with my allergies, others I've used seen to help me more than this one. I was just not that impressed with it. I wouldn't repurchase this medication. I tried all of them just make sure.
