I received a 5 pack of Xyzal Allergy 24 hour relief as a free sample recently and they couldn't have arrived at a better time. It's allergy season and mine was in full bloom. The pills did work for the 24 hour time span. You take 1 a day as with most pills of this type. It helped stop the sneezes and watery eyes,For my scratchy throat it somewhat helped but normally by day 4 when taking my regular sinus meds I'm good. Also it didn't do much for my sinuses as they were still congested so I ended up using my regular brand. Overall I'll say these are good and may be great for someone else. Everything doesn't work for everybody and this worked for me just not a hundred percent. It can also make you feel a little drowsy .

I have severe allergies and started taking these at my doctors recommendation. I had previously used Zyrtec. They seem to work about the same as the Zyrtec. The reason I changed from Zyrtec was because it made me very sleepy. My physician and I had hopes that these would not cause the drowsiness. Unfortunately, they did/do in me. I do still use. I actually switch back and fourth between the Xyzal and Zyrtec, but have to make sure I take either in the early evening with plenty of hours to sleep before needing to be productive.

In the spring usually have the worst seasonal allergies that make it so that I'm out of commission for at least a day due to hay fever. Because of XYZAL I am not longer missing days outside, planting in the garden, being with friends because of my allergies. This takes care of my allergies all day long and I feel amazing. While these are a bit more pricy than other allergy medicine they are beyond well worth it just to be able to have fun outside again. Overall I have recommended these to everyone I know who suffers in allergies!

Guys, if you have awful allergies, when I say you need Xyzal I could not be more serious. To truly manage my allergies I'd need shots, but they're terribly expensive. Instead, I use Xyzal to manage. Because my allergies are so severe, I do still have days where I struggle, but overall this stuff allows me to live my life. I don't know what I'd do without it!

The only allergy medication that works for all my allergy needs and actually seems to work for 24hrs. I started taking this years before it became over the counter so I've been taking it for sometime and it still is working for my seasonal and everyday allergy needs. Only downside it can make you drowsy so I do take it at night.

I have to say this medication works pretty well. I'm giving them a four star because they are not my go to medication. They are affordable and pretty easy to find . I do recommend using this product , it is very effective. I use these year round !!

This is, by far, the best medicine on the market for my sinuses right now! I've used literally every single medicine out there, and this one lasts longer than any of them. The other ones tend to wear off much sooner than they advertise, but not Xyzal. This one goes above and beyond what it promises. I'm miserable without this product!

This is the only allergy medicine that works for 17 year old daughter. We have tried everything else and this one works ! She takes it and is able to do outside activities which are huge for her. She is in marching band and competition band so being outside is a huge part of her life. For a while she couldn't compete because she couldn't breathe out of her nose. Xyzal has truly been a game changer for us !
