[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like take Xyzal Allergy 24 hour. I woke up in the middle of the night with the worse allergies. I remembered I had some Xyzal and within an hour I was back asleep, feeling fine. I did feel drowsy the rest of the day.

It did cause a little drowsiness when I did take it in the morning but not as severe as other brands have. The drowsiness would wear off in a few hours. Well, at least it was less efficient after 3-4 hours. But all in all, I didn't feel drowsy like some other allergy meds make you, so, I was pretty pleased.
