[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Louisiana allergies are horrible and are year round, Xyzal works for all my symptoms and is the only allergy medication that I've tried that has relieved my worst symptoms, watery , itchy eyes and the relief really does last all day. This is the medication for me and I'll always have it on hand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great 24hr allergy relief. The tablets are tiny, so it makes taking them very easy. You get 35 tablets in a package so that is a little more the. A months worth of treatment. This does make me drowsy, but taking it at night before bed helps with the drowsiness because I should be sleeping anyway.

I tried the sample bag on the third night and fourth night I woke up around 3 o’clock in the morning with Pain all in my buttocks and down my legs to my feet. So I did not take the last one. And the next night and since then I have not had that pain again. I can only assume that I had a reaction to the ingredient in the medicine. So I cannot say for anyone else maybe it was just me. So I will not recommend or recommend it. I’m just telling my experience.

No more sneezing a hundred times a day, no more itching all over. I can go outside without cringing. I take this in the morning followed by coffee, so drowsiness isn't an issue for me. With XYZAL 24 hour I slept good my allergies were under control much faster! And I couldn't believe my allergies were gone for 24 hours! Fantastic medicine. I didn't have any side effects.

I understand the directions state to take medication in the evening, but I woke up the next morning still feeling drowsy. I work very early shifts (3:30 a.m.), so I didn't want to take this medication again. I even took the medication in the early evening the previous night (5/6pm).
